Thank you for your interest in the Posaks.com Affiliate Program (“Program”). These terms and conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern your participation in the Program. By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, “your”) agree to comply with these Affiliate Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Posaks.com Affiliate Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Have an active website, blog, or social media account where you can promote Posaks.com products.

Not have a history of fraudulent activity or violating terms with Posaks.com.

Agree to comply with these Affiliate Terms.

Posaks.com reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.

2. How the Program Works
Affiliate Sign-Up: To participate in the Program, you must sign up through our affiliate registration page on Posaks.com. After registering, you will be given access to your affiliate dashboard.

Affiliate Links: You will receive a unique referral link or tracking ID that you can use to promote Posaks.com products.

Promotion: You are responsible for promoting Posaks.com through your website, blog, social media channels, or other online platforms. You may use text links, banners, or other promotional materials provided by Posaks.com.

Tracking: Sales referred by you will be tracked using your unique affiliate link. All transactions made by users who click on your affiliate link will be recorded in the affiliate system.

3. Commissions
Commission Rates: Affiliates will earn a commission for each sale made through their unique affiliate link. The commission rate is [05]% of the sale price, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.

Commission Payments: Commissions will be paid (weekly/monthly) via (payment method, e.g., bank transfer,Bkash,Nagad,Upy etc.). You must provide accurate payment information in your affiliate account settings.

Minimum Payment Threshold: Affiliates must earn a minimum of 150 before commissions are paid out. If you do not meet the minimum threshold, your commissions will roll over to the next payment cycle.

Refunds and Chargebacks: If a customer returns an order or a chargeback occurs, the commission associated with that order will be deducted from your next payout.

4. Affiliate Obligations
As an Affiliate, you agree to:

Honest Promotion: You will promote Posaks.com and its products in a truthful and ethical manner. False advertising or misleading claims are prohibited.

No Spamming: You will not engage in unsolicited emails or spam to promote Posaks.com. You must adhere to all applicable laws, including anti-spam laws.

No PPC Bidding on Brand Terms: Affiliates may not bid on keywords or use paid search ads that include Posaks.com, “Posaks”, or similar brand terms in search engines or other platforms unless explicitly authorized.

Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting Posaks.com products, including laws related to advertising, data privacy, and consumer protection.

5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are prohibited from:

Using the Posaks.com name, trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property in a manner that could harm the reputation of Posaks.com.

Engaging in click fraud, self-referrals, or other dishonest activities to inflate commissions.

Promoting Posaks.com products through illegal, unethical, or deceptive methods.

Using affiliate links in email campaigns or social media in a way that violates the platform’s policies (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube guidelines).

Using pop-ups, auto-redirects, or similar intrusive methods to promote affiliate links.

6. Termination of Affiliate Relationship
Posaks.com may terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any of the following reasons:

Breach of these Affiliate Terms.

Engaging in fraudulent activity or unethical behavior.

Non-compliance with local laws or regulations.

Discontinuation or modification of the Program.

If your participation is terminated, you will not be entitled to any commissions for sales made after the termination date, except for commissions on sales that were already finalized.

7. Program Modifications
Posaks.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time. Any modifications to the Program, including commission rates, payment methods, or promotional guidelines, will be posted on the Posaks.com affiliate dashboard or communicated directly to affiliates. By continuing to participate in the Program after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
Posaks.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program or the use of affiliate links.

Posaks.com makes no representations or warranties regarding the performance or accuracy of the affiliate tracking system.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Posaks.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your participation in the Program, including any violation of these Affiliate Terms.

10. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Posaks.com Affiliate Program is subject to the Posaks.com Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law
These Affiliate Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
