If you do not agree to these terms, you must not register or sell on the Platform.

1. Vendor Registration
To become a vendor on Posaks.com, you must complete the vendor registration process by providing accurate and complete information, including business details, contact information, and payment information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide is truthful, accurate, and current.

2. Product Listings
As a vendor, you are responsible for creating accurate and complete product listings, including pricing, descriptions, and images.

You must ensure that the products you list comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are prohibited from listing counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products on Posaks.com. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or is deemed to be harmful to our customers or the Platform.

3. Pricing
You are solely responsible for setting the prices of the products you sell on Posaks.com.

The prices you list must include all applicable taxes and fees, as required by law.

Posaks.com may, at its discretion, set or change the fees that apply to vendors for using the Platform. These may include commissions, transaction fees, or service charges.

4. Payment Terms
Payments for sales made on the Platform will be processed through the payment gateway provided by Posaks.com.

You agree to receive payments via the designated payment method and within the timeline established by Posaks.com.

Posaks.com reserves the right to withhold payment if there are any disputes, chargebacks, or other issues related to an order until resolved.

5. Order Fulfillment and Shipping
As a vendor, you are responsible for ensuring the timely fulfillment and shipment of your orders.

You must provide accurate shipping information and use reliable shipping methods.

You agree to comply with Posaks.com’s shipping policies and ensure that you deliver products to customers within the estimated delivery time.

You are responsible for any shipping costs, taxes, or customs fees unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns and Refunds
Vendors must follow the Posaks.com return policy, which outlines the conditions under which customers may return products and request refunds.

You agree to honor any return or refund requests that fall within the terms set by Posaks.com, including providing a full refund or replacement if the product is defective or does not meet the description.

7. Customer Service
As a vendor, you are responsible for providing customer service to customers who purchase your products.

You must address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.

If a customer requests a return, exchange, or refund, you must handle the request in accordance with Posaks.com’s policies.

8. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the intellectual property associated with your products, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.

By listing products on Posaks.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your product images, descriptions, and other materials for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Compliance with Laws
You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards when selling products on Posaks.com. This includes but is not limited to laws relating to product safety, intellectual property, and consumer protection.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary licenses, permits, or approvals required to sell your products in your jurisdiction.

10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:
Listing counterfeit or illegal products.
Manipulating product prices or engaging in price-fixing.
Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
Violating the intellectual property rights of others.
Uploading harmful content such as viruses or malware.

11. Termination of Vendor Account
Posaks.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your vendor account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Vendor Terms, our general Terms & Conditions, or any applicable laws.

If your account is terminated, you may lose access to your account and any outstanding payments may be withheld pending investigation.

12. Limitation of Liability
Posaks.com will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or any sales conducted on the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold Posaks.com harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or the sale of your products.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Posaks.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Vendor Terms or any other applicable agreements.

14. Modification of Terms
Posaks.com reserves the right to modify these Vendor Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date.

By continuing to use the Platform after such changes, you agree to the modified Vendor Terms.

15. Governing Law
These Vendor Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Vendor Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
